Nowy projekt ustawy o efektywności energetycznej

Jak podaje portal wnp.pl projekt ustawy został przyjęty przez Radę Ministrów 23 lutego 2016 r. Centrum Informacyjne Rządu wyjaśnia, że nowe regulacje pozwolą na zmniejszenie dystansu pomiędzy oszczędnymi gospodarkami zachodnimi, a naszą gospodarką, która pomimo zmian pochłania jednak znacznie więcej energii. Nowa ustawa o efektywności energetycznej zapewnia wdrożenie dyrektywy 2012/27/UE, zobowiązującej państwa członkowskie Unii Europejskiej do osiągnięcia – do  końca 2020 r. – określonego poziomu oszczędności energii. Projekt Ustawy obejmuje wytyczne dotyczące przeprowadzania audytów energetycznych przedsiębiorstw oraz sporządzenia ogólnokrajowego planu działań efektywności energetycznej. Plan ten będzie sporządzany przez ministra Energii co trzy lata. Jak podaje portal wnp.pl nowy projekt pozwoli na zwiększenie oszczędności energii przez odbiorców końcowych, mniejsze zużycie energii przez urządzenia oraz ograniczenie strat podczas przesyłu energii elektrycznej. Zmiany te powinny się okazać również korzystne dla środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych i innych szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery.
