Prezydent podpisał ustawę o OZE!

Prezydent Bronisław Komorowski 11 marca 2015 r. podpisał ustawę o odnawialnych źródłach energii (OZE). Ustawa wejdzie w życie po 30 dniach od jej opublikowania. Od 1 stycznia 2016 r. zaczną obowiązywać zapisy dotyczące taryf gwarantowanych dla instalacji prosumenckich. Prace nad ustawą trwały ponad 4 lata, więc nowa ustawa o OZE jest długo wyczekiwaną szansą dla rozwoju tej branży. Stwarza ona obiecujące możliwości dla rozwoju instalacji tym bardziej, że przewidziane w niej taryfy gwarantowane oraz dofinansowania są przewidziane na okres 15 lat. Ustawa ta powinna również dać większą możliwość w regulacji ilości dotowanych instalacji nie obciążając przy tym budżetu państwa.
